Track 1 (10:34) Thank you. Welcome. Say hello to grounding and running energy. Calling yourself back. Making separations from your day. Intend to allow what is of value to you. Teleclass as opportunity to re-wire and re-member yourself. About this Shift and being in the Transition. What you are not and how it detracts from what You Are.
Track 2 (19:15) What is Alchemy? Definition from Arch-Angel Metatron. About the mind. Accepting and allowing. Getting the wiring to connect.
1st Part of Alchemy: Changing frequency of thought. Slow heavy 3D thought. Fluid expansive 4D thought. All thoughts go some-where. Consciously choosing 4D platform.
How thoughts and emotions work. Coupling thought and emotion. Example in 3D of creating reaction/no reaction in 4D. Placing coupled thought and emotion in denial, unconsciousness. Law of Attraction responses to those thoughts. Example of the apple. Dissociating from the chain of events of coupled thought/emotion. Choices of being amused, not reacting, not arguing. Allowing waves of Light to clear it out.

Track 3 (12:25) 2nd Part of Alchemy: Altering harmonics of matter. Observing without reacting. Feelings in higher, faster vibrations. Thought-forms as matter. Change fear to Love, neutralize ‘not okay.’
3rd Part of Alchemy: Elements of Love. 3D - Love of partner, Love of child, Love of best friend, Love of humanity. 4D - Love of awe-inspiring beauty in nature, and Love of the Internal Smile – the connection to the Creator. Burying the Internal Smile for protection. Experiencing the Internal Smile, entering the Sanctuary of the Pink Diamond, merging the two Still-points. Think with the Heart, Act from the wisdom of the Soul. Kindness. Compassion. Co-creation. Co-operation. Alchemy as a Way of Life.

Sometimes as we enter the Fifth Dimension, certain reference points, habits and beliefs remain in the third dimension. Entering the Fifth Dimension this session caused our recording device to remain in the third dimension.

Just wanted to share with you both how much I enjoyed the call. The energy of the group was powerful and I particularly enjoyed the topic of the Sanctuary of the Pink Diamond in the Heart. I had a joyful experience...it's been a long time since my soul has touched my heart. ~ Carol, MN
Track 1 (18:46) Feeling the interactive flow of energy tonight. Affecting one another. Tools: Grounding, Rose, Gold Sun. Feel 4D vibrations. Accessing what you don’t Re-member. Beings of Light and it’s time to Go Home. Leaving Creator to have experiences. Creating contrast in 3D to know ourselves. How do you get out of the 3D Game? Unconscious beliefs that set patterns in motion. The Shift alters absolutes.
Track 2 (15:56) Intention required. Can’t take baggage with you. What happens when you go Home at night. Contributions you are making to Angels. Knowing what you Are Not, in order to Know what You Are when you go Home. Game is changing. Leaving 5D parts behind to play in 3D Game. Loss of Octahedron. Re-building Your Octahedron and waking Up. Others match your Presence. Be in Present Time. Become Aware of Being Aware. Begin to know 5D reality, the Creator, and the Light. Know Love at its grandest. Living the Words.
