Join Vida and explore a possibility where words are more than language but as living energy that shapes your experience. In this free experiential workshop, we’ll explore the energy behind words like certain, capable, stability, comfortable, joy, and ease. Discover how to feel into the energy of words, expand their presence, and wear them. You’ll use them to create a platform of wellbeing you can settle into and live from.

We’ll play with:

Deepening into the frequency behind your chosen words, what if there’s more?
Expand your feeling or sensations of the energy behind the words.
Notice anything tension or blocks to experiencing them, and how to clear it
The Seven Living Words: Discover what they are and how to use them
Build platform of energy/words of your choice from which to live from, becoming the energy you create.
