Center of the Head: Find balance and be more present

Find greater balance and become more present in each moment

As you put your attention into the center of your head, you begin to establish a “command center” for operating your life. It’s an area directly behind your eyes. This helps to move you into present-time, not leaning into the future or living in the past.

This allows you to become more neutral and less reactive as you observe what’s in front of you. From this perspective more possibilities will open up to navigate or choose from, even in difficult circumstances. To deeply experience the Centre of Your Head, you might imagine it as a special room or a place in nature within which to sit comfortably and observe the world through closed eyes.
