Inner smile
The inner smile exists within the Sacred Heart and within every aspect of you. It is a feeling and a state of being that may be described as joy, ecstasy, reverence and inner peace, although those words are too small to truly define it. Once experienced and anchored, the inner smile can be used as a reference point that allows you to return to those higher states of consciousness.
