Partner Guidelines
100% for you, 100% for others
What is a partner?
An alchemy partner is all about sharing the incredible hello, this field of light, and the coursework as laid out by the Teacher’s of Light along with your own experience with it. You are sharing what’s possible!
Partners assist to facilitate opportunities and experiences to introduce people to discover this unique pathway to explore their inner world and establish their Living Lightbody. It’s a pathway of personal empowerment, expanding higher awareness and effortless creation.
A few ideas
What’s sharing look like?
You know mastering alchemy comes through self-exploration and discovery. It is not about an ‘answer’ but asking the questions that allows for discovery to unfold. Not something to know, but to experience. Thus sharing can come in many different forms. It’s important to lean into your own experience, your own wants of how you want to share and express, 100% for you! We’re also happy to brainstorm ideas with you too. Here are just a few suggestions:
- Sharing your experiences and stories in social media, podcasts or in videos you create.
- Write a blog, article, try substack, or even play with commenting in Reddit to share your experiences of your own journey, which shows many the beautiful diversity of possibilities.
- Share how you integrate, live and apply the concepts and tools of Mastering Alchemy.
- Offer encouragement or your favorite ways to use the tools.
- Host a conversation, give a casual talk, or even a workshop on a particular topic simply sharing how you dealt with it using some of the tools or concepts.
- For those with existing coaching or energy practitioners, you can suggest using some of the tools or concepts found inside the courses, and share your link to join.
- Share your experiences through your art, craft or skill that you already enjoy doing.
The key is to keep things simple and easy. You are the creator, so what sounds exciting?
100% for you, 100% for others
It’s the good stuff.
Being a partner, is in a totally different format. It’s about sharing/pointing to opportunities. It’s more as a facilitator. You create the space, for exploration, discovery and co-creation together. It’s a place to play!
Partnering is not teaching. Let the Teachers of Light do their work. When questions are asked, always refer back the coursework or point to videos/material for clarity. When sharing, always let it be from your own experience or understanding, not a ‘Truth’. We’ve all got this old programming and unconsciously can slip into the top-down student/teacher role. Even when people approach you, they may already be in student mode so you trip right into teacher mode. Be aware and reset if/when you slip. Consider offering no answers but only questions and possibilities to discover their own answers.
Partnering is not coaching. Coaching is one-on-one dedicated time to an individual. Know where that line stops and starts for you. This should be 100% about your own growth. You’re just a helpful signpost, not their GPS.
If you are a coach, share how they can get ahold of you to engage further. If not, send them along to partner who is.
Partnering is not a ‘job’. It can be done as much or as little as you like. It’s an opportunity to practice and develop your own mastery while serving others. 100% for you and 100% in service.
You’ll come across questions, you never asked for you. You’ll find triggers you never knew you had. You might surprise yourself demonstrating the energy or tools as you speak/share. New awarenesses or ideas as you answer. You’ll find distortions and people out of balance to practice navigating in respect while maintaining seniority. What is the best way to help, or not. And you’ll get to say oops, as you work into greater mastery. It’s all about you.
Helpful questions for you to consider as you engage with others.
What are they really asking? What’s the picture behind the picture?
Where or what are they putting their attention on? How are they managing their attention point?
How can I best help them to discover what they are seeking for themselves? ex. “What is the tool you are using to deal with this?” “What do you think or how is it possible?”
How can I move them to a new attention point, getting them out of their filter? ex. “I have a friend…”
How can I encourage their curiosity?
How can I encourage them to self-empower?
Is there another question, that would expand them further? ex. “Have you considered this?” “Yes, and”
Is this a collaboration?
Am I offering advice or an answer vs exploration?
Is my reply simple and delivered in a way they might be able to hear it?
How can I encourage them to participate in community group/calls?
How can I bring in/out more of who they are?
Questions for yourself to consider.
Some people will ask questions from a place where they are asking to be ‘saved’ or ‘told’ what’s right. It is masterful process to help them navigate into self-empowerment as you stay out of fixing or saving. These are OLD patterns we are breaking. We’re just pointing. It’s up to them to ‘get’ it. You don’t want to be their savior.
Here’s a few questions to help you too!
Is this 100% for me and them? Not falling into the need to help or ‘hero’ trap.
Is this a question I even need to answer? It’s OK, and good to say I don’t have an answer for you.
Are you keeping your questions focused to MA ones? You’ll see random or left field questions, to pass on.
What in this is meaningful for me?
Do you have your boundaries of engagement set? What are those for you?
Am I not giving any relationship advice or anything medical?
Am I neutral about the question? Or did I get triggered?
Am I judging or enabling them? (co-dependent)
How can I be sharing my own light and experiences, in my own unique way?
