We’ll cover what it looks like when the first chakra drops out of survival, when the second chakra stops scanning the room for emotional threat, and when the third chakra releases the push/pull of control, judgment, resistance, or overwhelm. We’ll talk through the subtle (and sometimes surprising) signs of change—like calmer breathing, less reactivity, clearer decisions and improved boundaries. And we’ll save time to do some energy work together too.
